Ahead of the 2018/19 Uganda Rugby Season, Betway Kobs have unveiled a new kit and a number of players.

Joseph Ikong is one of the three surviving members including Isaac Afidra and Michael Kojo from the current Betway Power team that last won the National Basketball League in 2011.

The delayed StarTimes Uganda Premier League finally got underway with 21 goals struck in seven matches across the country last weekend.

The National Basketball League championship is finally down to two teams after Betway Power confirmed their place in the final. 

After finishing second in the national sevens championship, Betway Kobs will now turn their focus to the upcoming Uganda Cup.
 

There were a few loud whispers when Betway Power, who are chasing a sixth league title drew Ndejje University in the National Basketball League playoff quarterfinals.
 

Following the completion of this year's Guinness National Sevens Championship, Betway Kobs decided to extend a helping hand to the community of Kitgum over the weekend.

Betway Kobs hosted a unique kind of Sevens event last weekend with most of the action played under floodlights. The event, unlike the rest on the national sevens calendar, ran for two days.

With the Rugby Africa Gold Cup campaign done and dusted, attention will now turn to the National Sevens Championship.

The five-time National Basketball League champions Betway Power marked a return to form with Sunday’s 85-71 victory over Ndejje University being their second straight win after a brief wobble.
