Atletico Madrid will take on Granada in the
2019/20 Spanish La Liga match at the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano on Saturday.
Atletico were beaten 1-0 by Real Madrid away in their previous league game which was played on February 1.
The draw extended the Mattress Makers' winless run in the league to three matches having recorded one draw and two defeats.
However, they are undefeated in their last three home matches in the league having registered one draw and two wins.
Diego Simeone, the Atletico manager, remains hopeful that his side will return to winning ways in La Liga.
“We are not focussed on that. We just won a match, and we’re content with that. This is a long campaign," Simeone said.
"There are a lot of games remaining in the League, the Cup, and the Champions League and we have not won those titles yet. We have won the Super Cup and the rest of the season is long and arduous.”
Meanwhile, Granada defeated Espanyol 2-1 at home in their previous league game which was played on February 1.

El Graná saw their two-match winless run in the league come to an end having registered two consecutive defeats.
However, they are winless in their last eight away matches in the league having recorded seven defeats and one draw.
The last league meeting between Atletico and Granada was on the 23rd of November 2019.
The match ended in a 1-1 draw at the Estadio Nuevo Los Cármenes.
