Rugby Cranes head coach Robert Seguya is not one to cry over spilt milk.
Without some of the Rugby Cranes seasoned campaigners, he's not worried about handing responsibility to those ready for the task.
The changes start from the position Seguya holds with South African tactician John Duncan out and the former Heathens coach now has full responsibility of making the selections.

Ronald Kanyanya will debut for the country as he joins team captain Asuman Mugerwa and Santos Ssenteza in the front row.
The Heathens hooker is deemed ready by Seguya, who says his squad has players at the same level.
Paul Sekatte and Joseph Tamale were the team's hookers last year with veteran Alex Mubiru giving way but the two are not in the squad.
The second row and the back row have the experienced guns in Charles Uhuru, Byron Oketayot, assistant captain Brian Asaba and Eliphaz Emong.
Debutant Paul Epilo will pair with Aaron Ofoyrwoth as the half backs while another debutant Daudi Semwami gets the nod on the right wing.
Betway Kobs pair of Pius Ogena and Ian Munyani will occupy the midfield positions.
Paul Masendi, another first timer, and Adrian Kasito complete the starting line up.
With several senior players missing in action, the younger players will be looking to make their mark on the team.
