Sassuolo will be aiming to cause an upset when they play host to
Serie A leaders Juventus at Mapei Stadium – Città del Tricolore on Wednesday evening.
I Neroverdi will head into the clash a few days after facing Lazio where they hope to build on their three-game winning run in the league.
As for the Old Lady, they face the tough task of taming a free-scoring Atalanta side before travelling to Emilia -Romagna.
The defending champions looked on course to extend their lead atop the standings against AC Milan, but four goals in 18 second-half minutes spearheaded the hosts to a famous 4-2 win at the San Siro. Maurizio Sarri found it difficult to describe his team's collapse in Milan and will be hoping for them to bounce back against a free-scoring Atalanta side before running into Sassuolo.

“I think our first 60 minutes were world-class. We were in total control and had this blackout. There’s not even much use thinking too much about it, because we have another game in three days,” Sarri told DAZN.
“We had a total blackout for 15 minutes. It has happened to other teams in this period. We have to take the positives from the game, which are that we were in total control for an hour."
When the teams met in Serie A at Allianz Stadium earlier this season, the game ended in a thrilling 2-2 draw. Leonardo Bonucci opened the scoring before goals from Jeremie Boga and Sassuolo's top-scorer this season, Francesco Caputo, handed the visitors a surprise lead. A penalty from Cristiano Ronaldo would eventually earn Juve a share of the spoils.
The corresponding fixture last season ended in a 3-0 win for the Turin giants.
