AS Roma will take on Sampdoria in an
Italian Serie A match at the Stadio Olimpico on June 24.
The Yellow and Reds secured a 4-3 victory over Cagliari away in their last league match which was played on March 01.
They are undefeated in their last two matches in the league having recorded two successive victories.
Roma snapped their four-match winless at home in the league when they defeated Lecce in their last match as the hosts.
Paulo Fonseca, the Roma manager, has stressed the importance of having a player like Edin Dzeko in his team.

“I always believed Dzeko would stay on for the long-term. At that time there was the possibility that he could leave," Fonseca said.
"But from the very first conversations I had with him I got the feeling that he would stay. You could see in the way he worked in training, working hard every day with professionalism and desire.”
Meanwhile, Sampdoria secured a 2-1 win over Hellas Verona at home in their last league match which was played March 08.
The Blue Circled defeated Torino in their last away match in the Serie A and prior to that they were winless in two matches on the road.
Sampdoria will take on Inter Milan on Sunday, June 21, before they travel to Rome where they will lock horns with Roma.
The last meeting between Roma and Sampdoria in a league game was on 10 October 2019. The two teams played to a 0-0 stalemate in a match that was played at the Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris.
