Germany will square off with Turkey in an international friendly match at the RheinEnergieStadion on October 07.
Die Mannschaft were held to a 1-1 draw by Switzerland in their previous game which was the 2020/21 UEFA Nations League match in September 2020.
The draw extended Germany's unbeaten run to seven matches across all competitions having recorded three draws and four wins.

The last time Die Mannschaft tasted a defeat was in September 2019 when they succumbed to a 4-2 defeat to the Netherlands in the 2021 UEFA European Championship qualifier.
Joachim Loew, the Germany coach, has promised to pick his strongest squad ahead for their clash with Turkey.
"We’ll pick our strongest squad in October and November," Loew said.
"Seven or eight players will come back and play a key role with us, and we’ll keep working. In October and November we’ll really go on the attack and we’ll win games."

Meanwhile, Turkey drew 0-0 with Serbia in their previous match which was the 2020/21 UEFA Nations League match in September 2020.
The Crescent Stars are winless in their last two matches across all competitions having recorded a draw and a defeat.
Their last win came against Andorra in November 2019 as they won 2-0 in the 2021 UEFA European Championship qualifier.
The last meeting between Germany and Turkey was on 07 October 2011.
Die Mannschaft secured a 3-1 win over the Crescent Stars in the 2012 UEFA European Championship qualifier.
