Borussia Dortmund will face off with TSG Hoffenheim in a
German Bundesliga match at the Signal Iduna Park on June 27.
The Black and Yellows recorded a comfortable 2-0 win over RB Leipzig away in their previous match which was played on June 20.
It was Dortmund's fourth victory in their last five matches in the league, while the other game ended in a defeat.
Julian Brandt, the Dortmund attacker, has stressed the importance of being consistent in the Bundesliga.
"It's to be expected that you'll lose from time to time and you won't win 34 matches," Brandt said.
"That's human nature. But we can only afford to have a poor performance once or twice. We need to be in form for the other games."
They lost two of their last three home matches in the Bundesliga, while the other game ended in a victory.
Meanwhile, Hoffenheim thumped a hapless Union Berlin side 4-0 home in their previous match which was played on June 20.
As a result, Die Kraichgauer are undefeated in their last two matches in the league having recorded two successive wins.
They are undefeated in their last six away matches in the Bundesliga having registered two wins and four draws.
The last time Dortmund faced Hoffenheim in a league match was on 20 December 2019. Die Kraichgauer secured a 2-0 victory over the Bavarians in a match which was played at the PreZero Arena.
