Yet the Foxes, who so nearly derailed Manchester City’s title bid this past Monday night, will be no easy pushovers on home soil, with manager Brendan Rodgers hoping to finish the campaign with a statement win ahead of his first full season in charge in 2019/20.
This match could also be the last for Belgian forward Eden Hazard in the Premier League, as his future with Chelsea remains uncertain. There are rumours that he could move to Real Madrid in the European summer, though the Blues’ transfer ban means they will do all they can to retain his services.
