The Los Angeles Clippers will square off with the Boston Celtics in a
National Basketball Association (NBA) match at the Staples Center on February 6.
The two teams have played each other 132nd times and Celtic have the upper hand in this rivalry.
The Celtics have dominated recording 89 wins compared to the Clippers' 43 victories.
Their last meeting was on 14 March 2020 and the Celtics recorded a 141-133 win over the Clippers in a match which took place at the TD Garden.
The Clippers are placed at the top of the Western Conference standings having registered 16 victories and five defeats.

The two-time Pacific Division champions secured a 108-100 victory over Oklahoma City Thunders in their last home game which took place on 24 January 2021.
They are enjoying a six-match unbeaten run at home at the Staples Center where they have registered six consecutive victories.
Paul George the Clippers shooting guard, says their chemistry is amazing and it's showing on the court.
“For some reason, a lot of people haven’t. But we moved on,” George said.

“Only thing we can do is prepare for what is ahead of us and we have done an unbelievable job of doing that. But the chemistry is amazing.
"This team is – it’s a real bond. It’s fun, with this team, it’s locked in, we are together, it is one of the best locker rooms I have been around and been in."

Meanwhile, the Celtics find themselves on the fourth spot on the Eastern Conference standings having recorded 10 wins and eight defeats.
Record 17-time NBA champions succumbed to a 110-106 defeat to San Antonio Spurs in their last away match which was played on 28 January 2021.
This was their third defeat in their last four matches on the road, while the other game ended in a win as the away side.
