Brighton are four games without a win following a 1-0 loss at already relegated Sheffield United last time out. The Seagulls will go into this weekend seven points above the drop zone and still have work to do if they are to avoid the drop.

"It's a frustrating result and the performance wasn't probably the level it has been recently," said Brighton manager Graham Potter.

"We didn't have the quality we can have and when that happens in the Premier League it can be hard. It's not enough because there's a lot of points to play for."

In sharp contrast, Leeds are unbeaten in six matches after holding Manchester United to a 0-0 draw and have moved up to ninth on the league standings.

“The group of players have constructed a solid group," said Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa.

“Throughout this time they’ve made errors and learned how to correct them. In the same way, they’ve learned to avoid errors that are avoidable.

“I have the feeling that there has been a growth in the maturity and experience to manage these games.”

A solitary strike from Neal Maupay led Brighton to a 1-0 win over Leeds in the reverse fixture at Elland Road earlier this season.
