Betway Power have posted a mixed report-card to the start to the current National Basketball League campaign.
The five-time champions have won thrice in seven games and ended a disappointing streak of three losses in four games with a 98-84 win over Sharing Youth.
They will now be looking to build on that victory and go on a winning run if they are to keep pace with the leading pack that includes the unbeaten Warriors.
Today is one such opportunity to improve their record when they play KCCA in the opening game on Sunday at Lugogo.
That fixture will be followed by games against Falcons, Kampala University and Ndejje University.
KCCA have made a slow start to the season and had recorded just one win in from their opening five fixtures before playing Falcons on Friday evening.
They are again unlikely to find it easy against a Power side led by Syrus Kiviiri who dropped 33 points in the win over Sharing Youth.
The guard has scored 137 points, the second highest in the division and is averaging 19.5 points since joining from rivals Warriors.
On Saturday, Warriors will be looking to maintain their unbeaten start when they play UCU Canons.
Warriors are unbeaten in six games while UCU Canons has made a similarly fast start although they suffered their first defeat in six games going down 64-58 in overtime to KIU Titans.
