Hima Cement Heathens will host Jinja Hippos as they look to maintain their form.
Toyota Buffaloes fell to Heathens in their opening fixture and will be looking to get back to winning ways against Rams.
Rams lost the Mongers on the opening weekend at their home ground in Makerere.
