The Community Shield is the Premier League’s annual curtain raiser, well known for raising funds for local community charities. Based on this, we have developed an initiative to do the same as a brand.
For every bet that placed on the Community Shield clash between Liverpool and Manchester City on 4 August, we donated
USh 1,000 to a sports charity.
Due to an overwhelming response received towards this initiative, we are donating
USh 5,000,000 worth of equipment to Gulu Wheelchair Basketball Club. This is our way of continuing the journey of giving back to communities and sports entities that add value to different individuals.
As a brand, we will continue to set the standards as we strive to sponsor sports entities like Express Football Club, Betway Basketball Club and Betway Kobs Rugby Club.
