The English Premier League has hosted some of the world’s greatest managers of all time. These managers have guided their clubs to record-breaking performances sparking the imagination of soccer fans from around the world.

Alex Ferguson - Manchester United

Arguably one of the greatest managers of all time, Ferguson started his career as a player at Scottish club Queen’s Park in 1957. In 1986, he took over the reins at Manchester United. Over the next two decades, Ferguson would see the Red Devils to 38 trophies including 13 EPL titles and two Champions League trophies.
 

Jose Mourinho - Chelsea

 
Jose Mourinho

Often referred to as “The Special One”, Mourinho, along with Ferguson, is considered by many to be one of the world’s best. Although never serving extended periods managing an EPL side, Mourinho won the Premier League title his first year in the league with Chelsea. He would go on to retain the title his second year and win it a third time during the 2014-15 season.

Arsène Wenger - Arsenal

Wenger began his career as a player with French side Mutzig in 1969. In 1996, Wenger became the manager at the London-based Arsenal. In 2002, Arsenal began what was to become one of the most dominant performances by any soccer club ever. “The Invincibles” went on to play 49 consecutive league games without a single loss winning both the FA Cup and League Title during the 2003-04 season. When he retired, Wenger had guided the Gunners to three EPL titles and a record-breaking seven FA Cups.
 

Pep Guardiola - Manchester City

It’s generally accepted that Pep Guardiola is the finest manager in the Premier League currently. After taking over Manchester City in 2016, Guardiola won the Premier League title his very first year with a record breaking 100 points. This year, Man City are currently second on the log and are looking to again challenge for the title.
