The Red Devils head into the fixture two points clear of both Denmark and England in Group A2 and with their destiny in their own hands.
Belgium returned to winning ways with a 2-1 win over Iceland in Reykjavík last time out, thanks to a first-half brace from Inter forward Romelu Lukaku. Roberto Martinez is delighted with the depth in his squad and is hoping to get a clearer picture of who will form an integral part of his team going forward with the Euros and Nations League Finals on the horizon in the new year.
"We only have two international breaks left before we have to select the final 23 for the European Championship in 2021. Those international matches are vital for me to see my players in action and to obtain information about all of them," said Belgium head coach, Martinez.
England suffered a 1-0 loss at home to Denmark in their most recent Nations League match and will need to win away to Belgium to keep their hopes of reaching the Finals alive.
Three Lions head coach Gareth Southgate has recalled Manchester City's Phil Foden while he has backed Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford to remain as England's first choice despite a poor run of form at club level.
"Jordan's performances have been excellent and that has not been a difficult decision for me. We have some competition for places, but I would have to say that there is nobody who I think is challenging at the moment to push him out of that position," said Southgate.

England will be without Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold who had to pull out of the squad with a calf injury.
The Three Lions beat Belgium 2-1 in the most recent meeting between the two nations at Wembley Stadium in October. Lukaku had opened the scoring in London but goals from Marcus Rashford and Mason Mount steered the hosts to victory.
