Betway Kobs will be well represented when the Uganda Rugby Cranes face Kenya Simbas in the first leg of the Elgon Cup in Kisumu.
The senior rugby 15s squad was revealed by head coach Robert Sseguya Monday afternoon and it features six names from the blue army.
Collins Kimbowa, Pius Ogena, Brian Asaba, Ian Munyani, Robert Aziku and Adrian Kasito all made the team to play this weekend.
The Cranes will have their first outing without John Duncan since 2015 with Sseguya now totally in charge.
The Elgon Cup is a duel between Kenya and Uganda annually on a home and away basis.
The action will shift from Nairobi to Kisumu while Uganda will host the return leg on July 13 at Kyadondo Rugby Club.
Betway Kobs' captain Brian Asaba will be the assistant to skipper Asuman Mugerwa. Kenya takes the lion’s share with 12 titles against Uganda’s three in men.
